Hindi Matra and writing 2.1

Hindi is an Indo-Aryan language widely spoken throughout India. This app provides an introduction to Hindi vowels (Swar) and consonants (Vyanjan), which are similar to the English alphabet in that they consist of both vowels and consonants.

In Hindi, letters are formed by arranging consonants and vowels. When combining these, vowels are represented by signs known as Matra, which are placed with the consonants. This formatted combination is referred to as Barakhadi or Dasakhadi (Vowel chart).

The app includes:

• A chart displaying Matras (vowels signs) along with consonants
• Images accompanied by words, highlighting letters in red
• A comprehensive list of all consonants, which, when clicked on, display the corresponding consonants and vowel signs

Additionally, users can practice writing each vowel within words by simply clicking on the vowel icon. As Hindi alphabets can be complex to draw, the app provides writing assistance for each alphabet. It further allows users to adjust the size according to their phone's dimensions and offers a variety of colors and brush options for painting.
